AI processes are already being adapted in 10% of the largest organizations and many small businesses. Some minor AI initiatives with software selections are being used in over 50% of companies, as AI has been added in common software upgrades like Articulate Storyline 360 or Captivate. Content development is using ChatGPT in 15% of companies, as of January 2024.
What will be impacted
AI is not just adding software.
AI-Powered processes will be revamped to resemble SCRUM Teams but customized for L&D. Positions will be changed. Skills will need to be learned. ADDIE is not adaptable, and teams will need to lean into HEADS Framework.
